Has anyone had a false positive pregnancy test after having an HCG shot?

I have PCOS and had my first HCG shot last Thursday (Jan 29th). I got a faint line when taking a pregnancy test this morning, but I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing. I'm sure I'll keep testing the next few days but what do you think??

Be forewarned the trigger can last for 14 days. I tested out my trigger by testing everyday until I got a negative. It took 6 days for me but my RE said it usually takes longer. Keep testing to see if the lines gets darker.

The hcg trigger shot can show up for up to 14 days. I would advise testing out your trigger and watch it fade away. If the line comes back and gets darker you can get excited :)
