Anyone else have insurance but still paying a ridiculous amount? I have insurance through my work that I used to say was phenominal until I got pregnant. Every doctors visit leaves me with a $25 copay and I'm left paying $70 from peeing in a cup....every visit. Then if I want to hear the heartbeat with a Doppler, there's another $75 bill (which would have been $250 but insurance covers some) But the main one is my ultrasounds. My doctor said I only get 2 because that's all insurance covers, but after my first US at 8weeks I received a bill for $260!!! Originally would have been around $600. I just feel like why am I paying so much to have insurance and still nothing is covered. I'm a FTM at 22 and really just don't understand.
