6 months and still doesn't sleep all night

What can I do? Anyone with experience? He goes to sleep around 7:30pm wakes up to be fed at 10pm then again 3amand he cries and cries until I feed him! And it's like he's starving like he's never eaten before 😳 I'm currently pregnant 10 weeks, work full time and I need some sleep because if not I'm gonna go crazy! Any advice or should I keep on feeding him during the night until he doesn't?!?!  I'm just very very tired I even get twitches on my right eye lol 😂
