This is my first time posting a question so please pardon if this is a repeat.

I thought I was experiencing an early period, it arrived 8 days early and was light to medium, on and off and then disappeared after three days. For the past few days I have experienced a temperature spike, horrible lower abdominal pain, severe headaches and vaginal discomfort (tingling that is way more unpleasant than sexy).

Today is the day my period was set to come, I woke up to my symptoms getting worse and the addition of gas and constipation with no appetite but incredibly thirsty. The cramping symptoms feel like a period but I have never experienced this so I am uncertain.

If you have experienced this previously, your insight would be helpful. Thank you again for your comments in advance.
