castor oil
Has anyone used castor oil to help get the ball rolling? Did it work? What other ways did you use to help get contractions started? I have lost my mucus plug almost 2 weeks ago (I know that doesn't say much) and I have been cramping and having a lot of false labor since then. I also have A LOT of pressure which I'm thinking means he dropped. But just seeing what other ways to help get the ball rolling.
