pcos stressed out

I suffer from pcos and my doctors have been referred to a specialist this was on the 10th January still haven't heard nothing! Been ttc for 3 years now and nothing has any one conceived naturally with pcos or with metformin or clomid? Theses are the medication my doctor said the specialist will more and likely prescribe me
