Bio oil recommendation

Did anyone ever use bio oil during or after pregnancy for strech marks??? I heard its good to prevent /cure strech marks upto unnoticeable extent. I would like to know any experience of it or is it good, effective and safe to use during pregnancy or even after pregnancy.. I dont have any on stomach but got whole lot of strch marks around my hips and inner thighs.. Would this help me out??
