Lightheaded & Dizzy
Has anyone experienced being lightheaded & dizzy during & after feeding or after birth in general? I'm eating regular, drinking at least 1 bottle of water if not two during each feeding and feel horrible. It was so bad this evening I was scared to get up till my husband got home. I'm 4 weeks pp. idk if it has anything to do with breast feeding or not. I'm also having horrible headaches daily. I'm drinking no caffeine either since birth.
