I'm 4 days post partum and I had this pain since I had my first bowel movement it's a small something that pops out and I try to put it back in and it comes out again you know from my rear end. (I'm so embarrassed 😭🤦🏻‍♀️) So I'm guessing it's a hemorrhoid. What can I do will it stay like this forever ?
