teeth whitening?

I'm trying to find an inexpensive way to whiten my teeth. I've tried the whitening toothpastes & mouth washes but I'm not seeing much of a change. Any suggestions?

It sounds weird, but swishing around coconut oil in your mouth for 10 minutes then spitting it out! It's called pulling, and apparently it gets all the toxins out. Works for me!

Don't use baking soda or hydrogen peroxide! I was and I told my dentist and he said it's SO bad for your teeth.

Crest extreme whitening strips work instantly, it's good to use before an event or something special. I wouldn't use them too much though.. they give you sensitive teeth. Seriously nothing else works, I've tried everything, except actually going to get them whitened at the dentist.

Try the 5 minute whitening kit at Walmart. It's super cheap. And works really well
