help please?

My 6 month old keeps waking up between 4 and 5am and will refuse to go back to sleep and will cry and scream until we go downstairs and play, how can I stop this? 1 extremely tired and stressed mummy here

Ahh!! I was just going to post this.  For 6 months my guy had slept from 7pm-1am then a quick bottle and right back to sleep until 645.   Two days ago he started waking up at 430.  Wide awake and sheer refusal to go back to sleep.   I wasn't sure if this is because he's started sleeping on his side/back.  Or a growth spurt.   Or anything really. I've been having naps with him to get through the day!

My girl did this for a little over a week, same time too! She would wake around 4am and chat to herself for close to an hour then fall back asleep. It stopped as suddenly as it started. It could be anything really. But I'm sure it'll pass for you and your LO!
Now my girl fights bedtime 😓 she was the perfect baby falling asleep, but now she turns into demon baby at bedtime. lol it's always something!  The best advice I got about raising up kids was from my mom "don't ever think you have it figured out" lol! Thanks, mom!

Following, my daughter has been doing the same thing for a week now. Nothing has changed in her routine and I'm exhausted too 😩
