what is this cm? tmi

Last period was 29th January finished 2 February.. not sure when ovulated (think it was Sunday as had clear stretchy cm) but I'm on day 25 and had cramps last few days feeling like my periods about to come.. checked my cervix and it's high and really soft.. and having this cm? I thought it dried up nearer end of cycle? Any ideas?
