lumpy neck rash
I don't normally post 'argh! What is this!?' Topics on here, but I need some opinions/advice.
So, in the last couple of days, I've had some itchy lumps appear around the hairline on my neck! They look like mosquito bites, but they are definitely not! It's getting hot here (34C), so I'm thinking it's just some kind of heat rash.
Yes, I could go to the doctors, but the general practitioner here is a bit prescription happy, and I don't particularly want to slather myself in 500 different ointments, and be told to take a handful of pills 3 times a day (she is seriously THAT bad). On top of that, the local pharmacy has a nasty habit of giving us medicines that are not-quite-but-almost-what-was-prescribed, and that's just something I do not want to take a risk with at the moment.
So, do you ladies have any advice for natural remedies or big brand, over-the-counter products that could help soothe it, that are pregnancy friendly? I'm in India, but there's a lot of products that are available here, if you know where to look :)
Have a photo of my icky neck.
*EDIT* - these are definitely not flea, tick or bedbug bites, as we routinely check every nook and cranny, and dust with diatomaceous earth mixed with neem weekly. They also don't feel like those or mosquito bites (I react differently; usually a raised white mark, urrounded by red) and yes, I use mosquito repellent daily (Odomoss naturals; it's worked for me without fail for years, and is pregnancy safe). I've also had this rash for a few days now; insect bites are usually gone within the day for me.
The other thing I thought it could be is an allergic reaction - I forgot we have also changed washing powder recently D: that, mixed with the heat has probably set off my sensitive skin again😑
