Do you nap or push through it? How long do you sleep each day? Any nighttime insomnia?  Share your sleep troubles. ☺

I'm big on the "tired all afternoon, hit a second wind about 8pm, crash around 11, then wake up from 3-5:30am, and drag myself out of bed at 6:30" routine. And by that, I mean I hate it. Meditation and essential oils definitely help me with the mid-sleep wake ups!

Honestly, depends on outside factors for me; I could sleep at any time easily. weather makes me tired and usually ill end up crashing early in those days. Stressful work days fatigues me as well.

Im exhausted all the time. I can sleep 10 hours easily.
