cold and sinus symptoms

Anyone else have a cold or sinus problems? I'm having a stuffy nose, sore throat, and post nasal drip. I went to the doctor but obviously there is really nothing they can give me. I was told not to worry and that it shouldn't affect the baby but it's soooo hard not to. This is my 3rd pregnancy. My last two ended in early miscarriages. This time things seems to be going well and now I'm worried about a viral infection! Anyone ever had this and everything was fine!
