Looks like a boy I had a scan on Saturday at 13w4d and it said boy which makes number 5 and I pray to god it's wrong cuz I really want a girl this was my last hope but we will see my next apt is march 7 but I'm not sure if she will do a scan or not if not my scan will be at 19w for the regular scheduled one

Mine looked like this at 12 weeks also and confirmed at 19 weeks it was a boy. But at this stage they still look really similar so don't be surprised if you go back in a few weeks and it's a girl!
