Low blood pressure advice. Help.

Kyla
For weeks, I was thinking at the end of a long day I was having high blood pressure symptoms. But after talking to my mom (she's an RN) and buying an at home wrist BP machine, it's showing low. I'm military, and 30+3 with twin girls. The last week or two I've been dealing with the terrible calf swelling in both legs after working 8 hours. Left always worse, I get home and feel so winded and out of breath, exhausted, and can feel my heart pounding through my ears. Which are always red as well, I've started seeing little silver flecks of stars in my vision, and I never feel better until I go to bed. I feel best in the morning. I've been close to fainting a few times, I start getting disoriented. Then I lay down. The few times I took my BP it was around 84/48. 90/50. Normal? Suggestions? I feel dumb because my OB appointment are always in morning when I feel best and doesn't show how bad I'm struggling. I prop my legs above heartbat work when I can, tried wearing sneakers instead of my military boots. But it doesn't help. I always end up with massive calves .... tips and advice welcome
