first cycle after discontinuing BC
I just got AF for the first time since coming off BC (already had a withdrawal bleed last month shortly after discontinuing BC) and this is possibly the worst experience ever! I just wanted to see what others experience was like.
Leading up to AF:
Constipation (sorry TMI), bloating, gas, nauseous, achy, tender boobs, tired, frequent urination
Symptoms currently with AF:
MY CRAMPS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD! 😩 I have pain in my back and pelvis like a mother. I have never been so tired in my life. I don't remember this prior to BC, granted I was on BC for almost 10 years.
I don't even know how to make it through the day. Barely survived yesterday. Any similar experiences?
