So I'm kind of freaking out because the top test was from last night and the bottom test was from just now. Shouldn't the line be getting darker as time goes on? Given I did just pee a couple hours ago...11DPO

There's color in both. You're preggo. They (Ob/Gyns) suggest not to keep testing, because you can go up and down with the HCG level over a 48 hour period. It will make you go crazy. So you can test again tomorrow or Thursday if you want. I would call the Doctor in the meantime to see when you can confirm it.
