working out and pregnant 🤰🏾
Now that I'm 15w I want to get back to working out. I was fairly active pre-pregnancy, not a super health nut, but I would run, do cardio workouts, and barre. Now that I'm completely out of the 1st trimester and feeling so much better, I want to be more active but don't know where to start really. I'm open to suggestions!
