I made it the first 11 weeks eating whatever I wanted. I threw up one time and felt a little nauseous throughout the weeks. But, now that I've hit 12 weeks I'm so sick to my stomach. I'm not hungry or thirsty and I have D when I go to the bathroom 😩. Is this morning sickness or am I sick?? I don't have a fever.
