How early can I test

I was curious i did my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> Feb 18th I didn't take any hormone pills or the trigger shot. My doctor told me to wait till march 4th to test but I was curious in how early can I test with it being accurate???
