Braxton hicks ??

I'm 23 weeks & I was wondering if it's possible I could be experiencing Braxton hicks. What exactly do they feel like ? I've been feeling cramping for about an hour now with a little back pain.

Yes!! I started getting BH around 19 weeks. It feels like your uterus gets rock hard. The whole thing, no squishy parts. And the pressure is really intense. They last about 30 seconds or so for me. I get them everyday, and whenever clitoral stimulation occurs. You can usually make them go away by getting up and moving your position. And drinking water! Dehydration can make them worse. As long as you don't get more than 4 in an hour they're nothing to worry about, just your uterus prepping it's self for the big day!
