Today was my 12 week appointment. She was able to find the heartbeat fairly quickly with the handheld Doppler and I was so relieved! 156 HR and this mama is thrilled. I do have to ask though...did anyone else have some cramping after finding the heartbeat on the Doppler?? Please not horrific stories...just looking to know this is normal. Some of the things I found on the internet suggest it is in fact normal! But wanted to hear from mamas to be now! TIA
