6 month old no longer sleeps!

My six month old used to wake up only once a night and has regressed and is now waking up every 2-3 hrs crying and has to be nursed back to sleep. The last couple of nights have been especially rough. He was using a magic merlin sleepsuit but we had to transition him to a wearable blanket because he started rolling in his crib. He does have a hard bedtime if 6:30 every night.

Anybody else's babies behaving this way at 6 mos? I've been sick with a cold so he could be sick/teething (no temp and no chewing tho btw)... not sure what's wrong, but his momma and dada are so so tired!!
