I am VERY newly pregnant (4 weeks 1 day). I have my first doctors appointment in 2 weeks. My only concern with not seeing her earlier is my question about playing volleyball while pregnant. I play one day a week for a couple hours. It's not super competitive and obviously I can't dive anymore but is jumping and spiking dangerous at this stage of pregnancy? The league only goes for another month or so. I asked Google and got mixed answers.
