Positive OPK?
My fiancé and I aren't ttc. However, this is my first time trying to track my cycle, on my OB/GYN's suggestion. I have severe PCOS and she wants to see if I surge at all for ovulation before sending me for testing. An ultrasound last week showed a mature follicle that I could potentially ovulate from. I tested this afternoon and got this! Positive OPK or am I a day off?
