I've had Braxton's since like 20 weeks but this week, they're starting to feel more like real contractions versus practice ones. I'm going to mention it to my provider at my appointment on Thursday. Yesterday, in the evening, they started coming every 10 minutes. I took a nice long, warm shower and they stopped. Today, (again at the end of the day), they got up to one every 3 minutes, I emptied my bladder and they reduced to once every 5. I ate a good dinner and drank a lot of fluids and now they're down to 20 minutes apart. It's just frustrating and scary. I don't want to seem like a hypochondriac and I know 3rd babies tend to do this earlier but I'm still worried. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. (Not asking for medical advice, I know to go into hospital if I can't get them to stop.)
