What can I give my 2 yr old for constipation

Yes to the prunes and grapes and other fruits known to help move things along. But when my kids are having issues, I usually give them kids culturelle probiotic.  It's flavorless packets that I add to their water and that always helps plus helps keep the good bacteria intact in their bellies. I even give it to them every few days during cold and flu season to up their immunity a bit

Pear or apple juice. Prune juice but it's disgusting. Apples, pears, plums, anything with a lot of fiber.
