While in bed last night I was awoke several times over to what felt like contractions and some felt quite intense. It was enough to make me squirm. The pain was felt mainly across the middle and lower part of my stomach as well as back pain. At the time I didn't think much of it but the pains are on and off, not as strong as on the nights but still present. I didn't want to make a fuss by waking my partner up but now I feel slightly worried incase it's pre labor as I'm only 30 weeks. What should I do? Thanks
