mini pill ... no period?

Hi everyone,
 
I've been taking the mini pill for a while now and I haven't got a period for three months straight. I've taken two tests and they both came out negative .

Did this ever happen to anyone else ?

I wasn't in my period for the 6 months I was on it right after I had my baby. I stopped taking it and started but I also quit breastfeeding at that time and when you breastfeed that stops it too. So I'm not sure if it was the birth control or breastfeeding.

I was on it for 2 and a half months before switching to nexplanon and I didn't have a period at all! I actually still haven't had one and it's been about 6 months!
