Pregnant again??!

Okay so I had my first period on February 10th-15th since we had our baby back in December. My husband and I have had unprotected sex a couple days after my period ended. I am on the mini pill for birth control. I am super crampy on and off as if I'm going to start my period again, and I have been having a ton of ewcm. Is there anyway I could be pregnant again?? Our baby is 11 weeks old.
