In serious pain!

So, my husband and I have been thinking about having a second child. We have gone two years with having unprotected sex but nothing. This week I have been feeling off so my hubby got me a test but it was negative 😔 the last few days I have had some spotting but nothing like I normally do. I have also been cramping so horribly that I just fall down and bawl my eyes out. When I'm laying down like now i feel strange movement in my lower abdomen. I just can't stand going to the hospital because they always think I'm dehydrated because I have small veins and when they are done trying to put an IV in my arm/wrist/hand I look like a pin cushion or worse I have been looked at like I'm a heroin addict. Any help or advice would be very grateful. Thank you.
