back and belly pain | nausea?

Question

Im 34 weeks and im feeling like vomiting and alot of belly\ back pain since and hour or two ago .. pain comes and goes but hurts alot ..

I am dilated a few cm's and 50% effaced..

Should i be concerned??

I dnt think i should go to L&D since ive been in and out due to contractions ..

Any tips to smooth this out? Pls :(
