when should my period end

Hey guys so my period is in 7 days march 1st and my sports day is on the 9th March and I reallllllllllly don't wanna have my period on sports day and I was just wondering should it still be there on sports day? Also Iv only had 5 periods and I'm really tounge and I don't wanna use a tampond or the pill or anything so I can't use any of them but 😭😭😭😭 but do you think my period will last for 9 days or still be there a little bit
