Feet Swelling !!!!
I'll be 33 weeks pregnant tomorrow but lately my left leg and foot has been swelling up so bad it gets like a tingling feeling and it hurts to bend my toes . I have notice that whenever I walk around for a period of time like an hour or more my feet swell so I was wondering if I can use espom salt to soak my feet and would it help.
