i'm 16 and think that if i'm second guessing my self on whether i'm ready for sex or not, does that show that i'm not?

Yes, absolutely it does! Know that you can ALWAYS say "No," to sex, no matter what. Even if you feel like you might've led a guy on too far, it's NEVER too late to say, "I want to stop now."

Don't ever let someone pressure you into having sex before you're ready! The right man won't make you feel pressured. You'll feel comfortable and perfectly ready.

Sex releases certain hormones in your body that you can become attached to, and too early in a relationship, it can cause a lot of mixed feelings that will make it harder to perceive the relationship to know if it's really healthy. I strongly suggest waiting until you're positive about the man. Sex is so wonderful and so special, and your first time and EVERY time should feel amazing. If you're not 100% ready, the experience will not be what it should be.

I think if you have to ask people on a social media then you are not ready. Focus on yourself before you do something you may regret. It's always better to wait a little longer to be sure just in case

You do what you are comfortable with, do not force yourself. You can always back out and say no, no matter how the other person feels. You take charge of your body and what you do with it, and if you feel that you might not be ready, do not do it! You have to know you won't regret it once it's all said and done, and you have to be one hundred percent comfortable with the person. Do what you feel is best for you!
