Ok so my doctor just told me to start taking evening primrose oil and red raspberry leaf tea. Do you ladies have any recommendations on which to buy ? Will be buying on amazon most likely . Thanks !!

Buy the tea in,bulk. Like a 1 lb bag and get a tea infuser. So much cheaper that way!

I'm taking the Barleans evening primrose tablets! They're 1300mg and got them off Amazon. My midwife said take them as follows: 3/ day, 2/day then just alternate!

My midwife recemmonded both of these as well, but I've read so many reviews that they don't really help 🤔 so I never bought either.
