opinions or personal experience on workout supplements
I'm not talking fat burners or anything. I've been running for a while now and I like drinking BCAA afterwards but now I'm not sure if I still should. I'm 5 weeks, yesterday I did blood work but didn't see my ob and I won't see him until March 16 unless something comes up in my blood work. As of right now I'm not drinking it bc I don't know for sure but I miss it. Also, weight loss. I had been using a new replacement shake but since I found out last week that I am pregnant I started eating more. I am still drinking the shake but just as a protein shake not meal replacement. This morning out of curiosity I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds. Weight loss is no longer my focus, as I mentioned I'm eating regularly but is it okay that I lost weight? This is my 3rd pregnancy but it'll be the first that I'm working out consistently so this is new to me.
