MISSED PERIOD & PCOS

So I have been pregnant before with PCOS naturally even when I was on birth control , after having a miscarriage I stopped taking birth control to try again .

I haven't got my period since January and In January I had 2 periods and I took a pregnancy test Monday morning and it was negative , but I been feeling symptoms like I felt when I was pregnant the first time what should I do ? When should I test?
