How long did it take you to get your first period after your MC? Also please tell me did you count weeks from the day you started bleeding or the day the bleeding ended? Thank you !

5 weeks from the day I bleed,I did induce miscarriage with pills.My period after miscarriage was the worst period of my life.I had bad cramps and pains for days that kept me in bed on pills and heat pads. I could hardly move around and also lasted 7 days. I really hope it was a one time thing.before my miscarriage my periods didn't hurt much,they were light and last 3 days the max.

Mine came 4 weeks to the day from my D&C. It lasted 5ish days like it did before I got pregnant. There's been more (very light) spotting after than usual. I also spotted for a few days before.
