Zofran?

So, I had to end up taking Zofran this pregnancy. I did with my last baby and she was fine but now I'm all paranoid because it must be a new thing they said there was a small chance baby could have birth defects b/c of it. I feel so guilty every time I take the pill but I don't have a choice, I have a two yr old I have to care for all day alone, I can't be throwing up non stop while trying to care for my toddler.. So my question is, has anyone else taken Zofran and their baby is perfectly fine?
