Anyone understand blood pressure reading

My whole pregnancy i have seemed to have a normal blood pressure reading usually 116/65 which my midwife has said is normal. I am now 37 weeks today and at my last appt which was 2 days ago my readings were 116/84 so said i should now start to be monitored weekly . Although i seem to always have swollen feet and hands today they felt like they were pulsing and i have pressure in my head. I used a home blood pressure machine and its saying its 139/89. I dont entirely understand these machines but i have been at home all day so not been over active. However i am feeling super stressed. Is this reading classed as high?
