I had an transvaginal ultrasound on Friday with my RE and they measured the baby at 7w and 3d. I had to go to the hospital yesterday due to a car accident (I am fine I just hit my head and had to go to the hospital as a precaution) and they did a regular ultrasound and the baby was also measuring a 7w and 3d. Should I be concerned? Or could it be that the regular ultrasound didn't give as good a picture as the transvaginal one.
