acne for dayssssss

did anyone experience acne as a pregnancy symptom? i hardly ever break out and since before ovulation acne has started to cover my chin and cheek area. this is my only heavy symptoms along with pinching in my lower abdomen and clear stringy discharge. thanks guys!
