My four year old has a runny nose, it's clear, coughing, its dry, and around her eyes look really pink. No fever or anything. This is day number 2. I've tried allergy medicine, Claritin, because I thought maybe she had allergies but today is much worse. I don't want to give her Tylenol since she don't have a fever. What else can I do? I've given her a vapor bath and I've also given her all natural honey cough syrup for kids.
