11 wks

I'm 11 wks tomorrow. I'm really sad because I had an appointment today and I thought we were gonna get to hear babes heartbeat. We have to wait 4 more weeks.😫 I've been puking all day with on and off nausea. I've hardly eaten anything. I've puked everything up that I have eaten. I finally ate some cereal and a little macaroni. I just have no appetite. My question is, will baby be okay since I've been been so sick today? I don't feel pregnant at all. And I now have more anxiety than I did before because I have to wait for more weeks to see baby again. I haven't had any cramping or bleeding at all. Anyone else experience sever morning sickness to the point they don't want to eat anything?
