Has anyone else had symphysis pubis & gone to PT for it?

The doctor told me today I had symphysis pubis dysfunction. It's severe pain on my pelvic bone. I'm only 14 weeks along & she's concerned about how intense the pain will get as I get further along. Has anyone else been to physical therapy for it? I was wondering what to expect!! Thank you all!

I started having it around 12 weeks, and I'm now 32 weeks. It has gotten so bad, and I'm constantly in pain, weather I'm standing, sitting, and even laying in bed. My doctor basically told me today that nothing will really help, until this baby girls born!!! I feel like anythings worth a shot for this kind of pain though, good luck mama!!

Yup, I have it. It SUCKS. I didn't have the time to do physical therapy, but I think you should definitely try it.

Ive had it but didn't do therapy for it. I knew that eventually I'd give birth and things wouldn't be as moveable. I didn't think they did that.
