what to expect on my first trip to the gyno????

hey guys so I am going to the gyno tomorrow for the first time I am kinda scared and don't know exactly what to expect.. would anyone care to tell me what to expect and maybe some preparation tips.. thanks :)

It's so not scary at all! Don't listen to everyone else! The first time I went was when I turned 21. So not only was it my first time at the gyno (I'm a virgin, so I didn't go before that) but I had to get a Pap test the first time! I hardly felt anything though!! My doctor talked to me the whole time and it really wasn't awkward like I though! She even made me laugh! "We warm the speculums here. If you go to another doctor and the speculum is cold, it means that they are mean!!!!" Haha. They will walk you through everything that they're doing and it's no big deal to them! Just tell yourself repeatedly that it's no big deal to you either, and you'll be a pro!
