I had a second blood test done yesterday for toxoplasmosis and the levels have gone up which suggests a current infection. Waiting for the infectious diseases doctor's office to call me back for an appointment. I'm so upset and worried that I've made myself nauseous, and had to put myself to bed for a while. I don't know what to do with this information. Was reading about the treatments for it and they're almost as scary as the infection itself. Everyone is trying to make me feel better and to think positively but I can't. My mind keeps going to the worst case scenario of major defects/brain damage and I feel like it's all my fault. I'm also holding a slight grudge against my kitties heh Just needed to vent I guess. I'm very scared.
